First but definitely my last visit to this salon. Staffs were friendly unfortunately this foreign lady(sound like a Myanmar) her skill was really bad. Did the herbal treatment, application was really quick and not throughout. After steaming for 40mins, she proceed to wash my hair for me yet shampooing on my hair only instead of my scalp. I then discover there were left over herbal paste on my scalp as I scratches it and can be clearly seen on my finger nails but she said “have meh have meh, then let’s go wash again.” So washing it for the second time she scratched my scalp hard and tell me “if I don’t scratch it you said it’s not clean, but when I scratch it you feel pain.” As mentioned during the first wash the shampoo did not properly apply onto the scalp which is the reason why it’s unclean right? So now the problem lies with me? I use to visit the bee Choo ladies outlet but they are currently renovating that’s why I went to this franchise outlet. But the experience here is horrible, the second day my scalp feels itchy so even scratching it I discover more left over herbal paste. Visiting this salon is highly not recommended.
