★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently came back to Jean Yip after a hiatus of more than 5 years. The people there were so friendly and let me continue my package which i used halfway. Jasmine (the stylist) managed to rescue my hair which till then was cut by a random assortment of barbers. Her sense of style perfectly matched my hair type and face shape. Have never looked back since. Just ask for Jasmine when you are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor salon experience with hairstylist n receptonist. Lousy hair cut by Jasmine! Her cut is old fashion and not thorough section by section for my long hair. Regret going to her n letting her cut my hair!Tried her 1st time based on positive reviews. I suspect the overly positive reviews are biased. The receptionist cashier is also rude and ill mannered.
