I had 4 renovation works done by In-Lookz Home since 2009. Dorothy and her renovation team were very reliable and competent and their work always exceeds my expectation. The workmanship were excellent, and the workers were very focus, skillful and helpful. Dorothy was very creative and made very valuable suggestions on designs (designs which I didn't even consider or think about); how to maximise space in 3 of my smaller units; made good recommendation of renovation materials; where and how to place furnitures within the given space and she paid great attention to the details in her work. In addition, the prices for the 4 renovation works were very reasonable and much lower to some other bigger renovation companies that I had consulted. She gave reasonable time line to accomplished the renovation and completed them as promised. So thank Dorothy for your dedication and professionalism exhibited all the while and not forgetting the good after-sales service and follow-up. I had In-Lookz company work on a sinking ground and patio which also resulted in cracked drains. We have been trying to solve the issue for many years. Dorothy came over to give us a suggestion which ended up to be very cost effective. The workers worked on it promptly and came everyday. Any issues that were encountered we consulted the supervisor and he would resolve them quite well. Basically we dread engaging work like this due to past experiences but I can say this turned out to be one of the best construction experience I have had with a contractor. Would definitely engage them again and highly recommend their services to others. Would like to add there has been no sinking of the ground so it looks like it worked.

Dorothy did the renovation of my bto around 4 years ago and up till today all the soft close cabinets and other finishings are still working great. When my heater malfunctioned she immediately got a plumber to come down and help me rectify the issue. Great after-care service! She works within your budget and is very flexible and helpful. I highly recommend her and will be hiring her again when I next move house and need Reno done at my new place.
