Hands down the best puppy viewing experience I had. Please do contact Kelly prior to walk-in is my advise. The pups are visibly much more healthier, happier you can feel the difference if you visit a few other pet shops. Yes their prices are higher but they are pedigree pups that are given a home like non commercial care from imported ethical breeders only. Considering this I think the price is justified. Also she is the type to give you reccomendations and follow up on it. Also I am writing this review after only visiting this shop and a few other pet shops and I haven't decided on the pup yet. But If Kelly happens to have the breed of pup I want I would prefer the Kelly and the justified price difference over other shops. Hope this helps people in choosing the right shop to get their fur kids and their accessories.

Got our long-haired dachshund from Kelly a week ago. She's very patient and explains every aspect of owning a dog to us, especially since my wife and I are first-time dog owners. We came down multiple times to view the pup, but she never once turned down our questions. Great experience viewing the puppy compared to at other places.

Kelly is great. Fell in love with him at first sight. However price in the high side as it is from Australia and ancestors are showdog grade. Fast learner though can be temperamental. Didn't regret getting him. Thanks Kelly!

All I will say is buyer be very aware of this seller! We purchased what was supposed to be a perfectly healthy pure bread, pedigree dog. Apon Transfer, no pedigree papers "I send them to you later" After taking the dog home, children bonded etc. took him to Vet and learned his bone condition was poor! All this would have been known by the seller, but she lied!! Her super crazy prices above 40percent market is a scam, to make you feel you are getting best quality.. We did end up getting full refund, because they were in the wrong. A harrowing ordeal for our children especially.

Probably the biggest downside is their sky-high prices. However, what I was looking for was a healthy pedigree puppy from a responsible breeder, and this is where Soo Kee delivers and shines. They did not try to hard-sell their puppy to me; instead, they tried to make sure he was going to a good home by asking me questions about myself. Most importantly, they do not support cruel puppy mills - my puppy was from a reputable Australian breeder that I was able to research, contact and verify online. Weeks after bringing home my puppy, they were still checking in on him and giving me advice. If you're a legitimate dog lover who is willing to pay the extra sum to support an ethical breeder, Soo Kee is worth looking into. My Cavalier puppy is now over a year old and is still happy and healthy.

I chanced upon this shop with my partner today and yes like some of you experienced, they did put a stick at the door, but the reason behind is that the old lady scared the dog will run out if customer comes in and out, as she put some of the dogs out from the cage to play round, which for me make sense. How many of you have an old aged parents? I'm sure most of us do & i'm sure some of us our parents also talk or express things just like this old lady (by the way she is Kelly's mother & also the owner of the shop, please do not address her as "staff"). If you are expecting a high end customer service provided by an old lady/ grandma, i think you guys are expecting a little too much from people. We didn't end up getting any puppies from them because we are first time owner and we still need to do more research and understand more about the type of puppies that suits us, so i'm writing this review with an unbias point of view because i feel that i have to speak out based on my fair share of experience for future viewers. The reason behind the stick at the door does not equal to "Not Friendly" approach. Geez....

One of the most pricy dog shop you can find in Singapore... But they back it up with pedigree. All their dogs are bought in from overseas... Not those last time.. u got pasir ris farmway.. those farms who anyhow breed the dogs in their backyard.. Owner can outright reject you... If she don't want to do your business.. If she finds that you are not a reliable pet owner.. Famous old school pet shop in the area..

Got my Lagotto puppy from them in September and love her to bits! They provide quality imported puppies. When I asked for some information about my puppy’s parents, Kelly was able to send me a whole bunch of photos and medical records! I’ve seen many reviews saying that they’re “unfriendly”, however in my experience it’s more that they are trying to be covid safe by requesting that you make an appointment and not just walk in. It’s true that the prices are premium, however so are their pups! Overall a great experience and we are so grateful for our beautiful loving puppy!
