Interaction was very casual and more like a friend. She will also advise on the best alternative solutions. Definitely heart sell, not hard sell. I was transitioning from the old Toyota Altis model to a hybrid Toyota Prius plus, so she also advised on some of the things to take note as well. It was really a breeze process. Nowadays it is rather difficult to go all out to assist customers. I had actually decided to buy a Tesla or Polestar dual motors. But his service is so exceptional and satisfactory that I decided to give up Tesla and other brand models and purchase a car from him.
