As they gotten the licence from MAS, I feel much safer trading with them. Platform is easy to use and their customer service is great. Trading fees are lower than most exchanges!

I was able to deposit BTC, verify my wallet address, convert to SGD and a FAST withdrawal to my local bank in less than 2 days. Thanks to Roger for his prompt support.

Independent reserve is the only legal crypto exchange in singapore with a proper MAS license for retail customers like myself. It is true that when it comes to crypto it does not really matter which exchange you trade in because you can always transfer your crypto back and forth. Binance Singapore was painful for me.. who would have thought it would close down just because they could not get a MAS license when it is semi backed by dubai-temask consotium right? Anyways that is another story for another day. I like independent reserve very much but our MAS really did not give them an easy time. Transfers need to be verified (meaning you need to get verified for every crypto transfers to make sure you own the account where you transfer your from) before you can withdraw the proceeds. It is the standard SOP because of MAS requirement, while it is not a painful process but it is not an easy in-out in 2 seconds kind of thing if you are not verified interms of having your "from" address added into your own list of "whitelist" addresses. Having said that, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS JUST AAAAAAMAZZZZING! Shout out to Roger for your wonderful support EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!
