★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a regular for 18 months and usually service is good. Today, I had the worst experience with the male staff there. Extremely aggressive and disrespectful. Some disagreement on price as they illogically charged me more $$ for doing half a service. They refused to let me speak to the owner. When she called at the salon after seeing the discussion on the CCTV, she promised a resolution..which they did not provide. It’s not about the $5 / $10 but the principle and attitude. I’m not going back and would advise you to stay away due to the terrible behaviour of the male staff.
