Is this food stall halal certified?

So it's my first time buying food at the new NKS stall at gekpoh. As i was ordering my food from the counter guy (shorter one) the cook (taller guy) was using his phone. (I was 2nd in queue with at least 3 more orders behind me) So the counter guy reprimanded his action and they started quarelling instead of taking orders and cooking. As the event starts to subside, (they're serving customers while quarelling) the cook was still a little unhappy and thus started slamming food and stuff while he was mumbling about the counter staff. That's okay to me as prata needs to be slammed anyway. Not sure how does slamming the equipment help tho. The real problem is when I need to wait 20 min (thanks to tge quarrel) to get 2 pieces of prata. Considering the fact that there are only around 5 customers and I'm the 2nd one. The food safety issue. So there is an area where they put tongs and cooked prata and right on top of it is a dirty cup previously drank by one of them. Of course, my prata landed on the handle of the tongs and beside the dirty cup. I was like okay, it's just some bacteria it should be fine. Jung jung jung.... there was a lady after me who ordered quite a lot of food to go had her food placed on the food tray/plate ( the one that they will be placing your food directly on the tray/plate). To all our horror, the plate is filled with water, soap water. Lucky for her the plastic bag protected her food. Imagine you're going to eat there... So all the customers that are surrounding the counter saw that and 2 uncles pointed it out so they poured the water away. Moral of story, should have followed my initial instinct to eat subway instead. I though that's the worst but wait for it.... They gave me the wrong order after all these. I just gave up

complete scam. ordered mee goreng & rojak. passed him $10 and he said it was $10. gave him benefit of the doubt that the rojak was $5. meegoreng on menu (banner) said $3.50. and he charged $5. After confronting, he showed a different menu (booklet) and said that the menu is different and it is cooked with egg and chicken. but along with the $3.50 banner menu, there was meegoreng with the picture of the egg & chicken. and after eating, there was no chicken at all. really gave up and just gave him the $10. food was very salty.

Excellent pratha, murtabak and other favourite Indian Muslim fare ...economically priced, nasi briyani only S$5/serving :-)

All nks have no halal cert. Dont be fooled

Masala Thosa soso, but sauces with it flavorless. The orange color sauce- see photo- was disgusting. Why serve something so bad when a good sauce is so easy to make?
