Clean and Masseuse are very professional and experienced. They are so good at what they do. Almost every masseuse are good. Difficult to get slots. Masseuse are a bit tired if you go evening during weekend since they might have continuously working, hence I prefer to go early. However their massage is still very amazing.

Glad to see a new spa open up near my house! I tried their facial and massage and was impressed by both. The facial was very professional from start to finish, with a detailed skin analysis performed using their machine. The salon is clean and the rooms are spacious and tidy. No hard-sell, they just introduced their package and I was happy to sign since I live nearby.

Absolutely fantastic massage as well as facial. I got the acupoint massage with their facial package. They worked patiently through and there's a tangible difference in how my face's skin feels. Rebecca was my therapist. Only thing that put me off is that they offered to apply a 5ml 3003*C hydration ampoule as part of facial procedure for a top up of $40! This is otherwise a $4 ampuloe. I had gone on their first time promo, because of which I got this $40 top up just because I was so grateful to how great the therapist was , that I would have felt I underpaid had I not gotten this top up done.

Great therapist who gave a good massage so I signed a package with them. They don't seem to have a fixed price list so it would be best to check out promos and pricing online or ask more questions before taking up a package with them. They have some good promos on fave for first timers.

Yishan is my masseur and she's the best masseur I found in SG. She has very professional knowledge of Chinese medicine and good knowledge of the role of acupoints and the direction of meridians. After giving birth and take care of my baby for almost 5 years myself, my body is like hell and no body really understand how suffer I am, both mentally and physically. I often feel dizzy, tired and have no energy to do anything even I didn't do anything that day, and this situation lasted for a very long time. Of couse there are some sales for phurchasing the treatment, but I won't say they are hard sales. And all the treatment they recommended are worth the money if you can get better after very therapy. After getting treatment from Yishan for almost 6-8 month, I really feel the qualitative changes and my body is relaxed so much more.

Yi Shan had such a bad attitude that even her good massage techniques can’t make up for it. During the session, she: 1. Asked if I’m Chinese (She didn’t mean to ask if I could SPEAK Chinese, she just asked if I was) 2. She asked if I could speak Chinese twice and seemed really annoyed when I said I can’t but I can understand her perfectly. 3. She stopped the massage halfway to complain to another staff member that she had to do 15min cupping on top of a 1.5 hour massage. We all agreed that cupping my back while massaging my legs (so that the total time spent is 1.5hrs) is agreeable but she was still unhappy and kept asking if a total of 1.5 hours is fine. 4. I have some rashes due to eczema. She interrupted the massage again to tell a staff member to come and look at my back. She kept saying “contagious disease” so I said it’s just eczema and there’s no pain. The other staff member said it’s fine and left. She then proceeded to unhappily finish the massage. 5. When my shower cap fell off, she not only didn’t help me put it back on, she ripped it off and flung it onto the floor, touching my hair with her oily hands. 6. At the end of the massage she was very aggressive in finishing it off and then just stalked off without a word. 7. At the counter, as I was signing off on the sessions, she had a scowl on her face and refused to make eye contact.

hard sell and underhanded way of using massage oil without tell you there's extra charges, and then selling you the whole bottle that they have "opened" for your use. money aside, just unpleasant to have a massage and have to deal with front desk hardselling. terrible.

Update as of 31 May: Insincere customer service! No response for a week now despite requesting on this platform for me to get in touch via email about my negative experience. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs! Beware! Inconsistent quality of service! I had 2 massages by 2 different masseuses here and they couldn't have been more different experiences. My first massage with Grace left me feeling wonderfully relaxed, however my second massage the following week with Amy gave me an itchy rash all over my legs! The massage itself was rough and the movement of her hands suggested she didn't have a clue about the human anatomy and pressure points. And as if the rash wasn't enough, she poked the back of my knees so hard that my walking has been impeded since the massage several days ago. Absolutely worst massage experience ever! And I've had many massages in my time! Even a refund will not be enough for the pain caused to me during my second visit!
