The environment is very relaxing and I enjoyed my facial thoroughly. I thought I would experienced a very persistent hard selling from the staff but there wasn't any. Looking forward to go back for my next appointment and seeing improvement to my skin!

Had their signature extraction facial as a first trial. Was really excited for it because of the very good review. At the start of the treatment I was hopeful as they give me a detailed skin analysis after scanning my face. The moment the treatment began, it was just disappointing. I am very sure I was assigned a trainee whose technique and ability is sub-par when it comes to cleansing and extraction. Liquid were dripping all over my neck and I don’t think I’ve been to any facial where the techniques are so horrible. Though I have to admit the product they carry is legit and good (MD dermatitis), I think they have to train their trainees properly before allowing them to conduct full treatment. Please make sure you ask for the right therapist before booking your first appointment. It could have been a better experience for sure.
