★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innervate fitness' coaches in my view are by far one of the most highly experienced crossfit coaches in S'pore. Excellent coaching; very personal form of coaching even in a class setting. Strict attention is paid to each and every member to move/lift efficiently, but safely. Community is also built to have fun and at the same time, with a strict mentality to focus during training. If you intend to bring along your ego to move heavy steel in bad form, this is probably not for you. If you intend to Crossfit safely and ensuring your technique is right, then Innervate is an absolute YES.
