Nice ambient for adult education courses. Staff r helpful n trainers r professional. Many upskill courses r available n mostly r WSQ certified under the SSG skill framework.

J	Jaames Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally DISAPPOINTED with the officer Mr Chris (if I remember correctly) who attended to me without any professionalism when I shared with him that I was unable to register online for ACTA course preview. Without assisting in any way, he promptly & only suggested that I need to (a must) register at IAL office personally instead though I shared that I had tried 20 times both on my notebook & mobile phone. That is, of course, the most easy way out for him instead of checking with their IT staff & reverting back to me. This is no way to treat future participants of any of IAL courses especially those that are busy working adults or non-IT competent. Fortunately for me, sitting back without giving in to his "on-site registration suggestion" I managed to think through & found my own solution. Singapore is building a SMART nation, lets not do things the traditional way where possible. Thank you Chris for allowing me to be a better person. Have a great week ahead !

I remembered righted after paid the full course fees, NOBODY contacted me and I had to send multiple emails to ask for invoice! Very disappointed. I would consider twice to take a course again here.

At least send me an email to say u r investigating so i know but after 4 days still no news. Us that how a institution should behave...

With plenty cosy areas for discussions, self-learning and to network.

I really learnt very useful knowledge and made many friends and contacts through this course. I would recommend IAL for your professional learning.
