★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the basic xcell course conducted by intellisoft Training Center and i had a vast knowledge out of it, The trainer(VIN) is so patience and very engaging and was very motivated in helping each and every course participant under his care, He does not leave any of the course participant to struggle but he hand held all his course participant to encourage us that we can do it and his dedication to his training method deserve a mention . Intellisoft Customer service team is also very patience and prompt in providing the support to all participant.
Now i am on my next course with Intellisoft and i believe my learning journey with Intellisoft wont end here.. i will give this training center thumps up with no doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Data Analytics course which is subsidized by skillsfuture. The trainer (Vin) is very good in explanating and well experienced in the topic. He also mixed in some jokes as well as live example which makes the class more interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took up a course with Intellisoft Training on June 2021. I had completed the course but until now still not yet to receive my certificate. I emailed to them and they said e-certs will be emailed by SSG. It has been a few months waiting. They don't even bother to check with SSG what cause the delay etc. To summarize, poor quality type of school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a few great trainings here in the past. Good place to come to learn basic and advance programs like Basic Excel, Advanced Excel and Photoshop. I used my Skillsfuture credits and the staff was really nice and helped guide me through the application. Trainers were different for the 3 courses I took but all very patient with me as I am a little slow. Will recommend. Thanks Intellisoft for enabling me to be more comfortable on excel and photoshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional company. The female staff called my mobile repeatedly last week and asked for someone I've never heard of. I informed her politely there's no such person. What doe she do? Hangs up WITHOUT an apology and calls again, asking for the same person. Is it a scam? So I block the number.
Today, she calls from ANOTHER number, asking for the same unknown person. I repeat what I told her last week, and she rudely hangs up. I call back to ask what's going on and to get her training database sorted out and she speaks ill of me to someone in either Tamil or Hindi! Terrible.
What does it say about a TRAINING company when they cannot get their information correct, and has such a rude and disorganized Training Coordinator?
