โ โ โ โ โ Some stalls, especially the Pho stall, -are understaffed, resulting in long waiting times. The automated systems compound the problem as guests do not know how long the waiting time is when ordering. Do not recommend until the operator sort out the operational challenges.

โ โ โ โ โ If you're in need of food options near Changi T4, this is a good place to visit. There's a wide variety no doubt, and it's quite yummy. The only downside is the price and the fact that you're paying so much for food court food. Beyond that, it's a good place to spend some time before flight departure.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 2 bento from the Japanese Bento, waited for more than 20 min. Staff still pulled a long face when we asked whether the order was missed out. Teriyaki chicken is burnt and extremely salty .Drink is tasteless. Beef is overcooked, hard and dry. Worst food and service .....

โ โ โ โ โ Do not order from Chutney Mary. Ordered and waited 15 mins for food. Went to ask the counter and she said chef is coming back.
Very disorganised. When my number flashed, chef gave me the wrong meal and insisted its right. Showed him my receipt before he agreed to make my food as per my receipt.
Which means he didn't check the order sheet and only started cooking when asked.
Total wait was 25 mins to 30 mins for food in a food court!

โ โ โ โ โ We had a wonderful experience, especially from the extremely good service from the manager lady when we visited. She was helpful in assisting us with our purchase and recommending various food options to try. Would return again to dine when flying out of Changi Airport!

โ โ โ โ โ Ate at Hong Kong seng kee noodle house. Terribly disappointing food. Pricy and unappetizing. Paid 7.50 for this bowl of wantons. Looked way better on the menu. Would not come again.

โ โ โ โ โ Good range of food variety where you have local food, American, Hong Kong, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian etc.
But the foods here are seemingly highly than other terminals given that this is supposedly a budget terminal but not so budget prices for the foods.
I ordered a toast bread set that comes with 2 boiled eggs, 4 slices of toasted bread with kaya and butter, and a cup of coffee.
It was $6.50, compared with other terminals that charge $5!
Granted that the coffee may be in a larger cup and the eggs seemed to be bigger too.
I would hope to see more affordable options in terminal 4 as most of the travellers opted for value for money travels and it should be the entire experience and not just the air tickets only.
