Best Dim sum restaurant in Singapore

F	FOS NUS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Boluo. Ordered one plain and one with butter. Nice to have butter on it. The plain one will be nicer if it is served hotter. The century egg porridge is nice and tasty. The service is excellent. The waitress kept coming over to check to ensure that our tea cups were always filled. Do note that they have weekday dinner buffet.
M	Melvin Jee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the dishes as an ala carte as the buffet option was not available at that point of visit, spend about $126 for 4 paxs. The service is great, the waiter and waitress is very attentive, maybe also because there weren't much diners around, but I'm not complaining. The food however is kind of hit and miss, they're not great but they are also not that bad. The only thing that is memorable to me is the coca-cola chicken wings which is an interesting and creative ingredient. They have reduced the dim sum quantity to 2 instead of the usual 3 pieces per-tray which I think is a good move, making small sensible adjustment with the current situation. I would still recommend nonetheless, don't mind me as this is just my opinion, and maybe you may enjoy it better than me, cheers!

The way the food was served seems like they don't care and just stack up on a tray to serve the buffet customers. For the price I'm paying for ala carte dimsum there are better places to go.
A	Angel Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scores way lower than the main branch at Chinatown. Food was somehow not flavourful enough? Simply did not taste right, unlike the Chinatown Yum Cha. Pretty disappointing experience. Great service and smiles from the wait staff though!

As expected, it is getting very pricey like everywhere, but what is really disappointing is that the portions have shrunk so much that I really felt cheated and rejected/cancelled a few dishes like the char siew regular portion. And yes, this picture of indescribable rice roll mush is straight out of the kitchen before we even touch it. My experience of staff and service were pleasant and customer friendly.
M	Maurice Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lunch at Yum Cha today. The restaurant was crowded but it did not take me long to get a table. The service is courteous. The menu is wide and they do serve some Hong Kong cha chan ten food. I had the roasted pork noodle and fried banana with red bean. It is ok but nothing exceptional. The saving grace is that the food is not horrible. Overall, this is the kind of restaurant whereby you can go have a meal and fill the stomach and not walk out feeling shortchanged.

L	Liu Junhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfying dimsum buffet meal. All the dishes that we ordered were delicious! Shoutout to the roasted delights. Coupled with iced coffee and made this meal even better. Plus point is, it is also very affordable and wasn’t very crowded at night because it’s an office area (Changi Business Park). 10/10 will re-visit for the buffet.
