No improvement.
12 of my colleagues and I stayed here for 2 months.
The person in charge for this facility, James, got awful attitude and yelled at me over the phone when I asked some questiones.
You will be locked out of your room so many times because the batteries of door locks are not kept powered.
When in trouble, they won’t be there to assist you. Expect 1 - 2 hours to take after you call them for emergency assistance.
You’d never receive your mails.
All those experiences are not only the case for myself but for all of my colleagues.
To be fair, rooms are maintained quite clean by great housekeepers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot water very low pressure. Shower inadequate. No shower curtain so water goes everywhere. Management chose to paint after move in so strong smell for a few days. Mould around Shower external. False fire alarm often and alarms not cleared properly so people not evacuate. If real fire happens all will die. Alarm panel constantly beeping. Top level security door latch not working so anyone can walk into building up fire escape. Elevator keeps failing. People smoking often on fire escape. Desk way too small. Great house staff.

The location is terrible, you will need a cab to literally anywhere.
The bed was broken and the shower valve had problem.
There’s not enough hot water, which is really disappointing.
The management named Andy got really defensive about the issues, needless to say we did not feel welcomed there.
They will not refund any of your money, so be careful before booking.
There are tons of better options, treat yourselves better and avoid this one at all cost.
