β β β β β Agree with SS, HMLET a dishonest & unethical organisation, my deposit is being witheld by them until now.
Stayed with them for 6 mths at Tiong Poh rd,slow in responding to member's concerns, eg. power failure.
They will always come with the excuse such as, member experience team will get back to us.

β β β β β Extremely dishonest and unethical company. They play on the community branding but would also raise your rent by 25-50% with no notice. After moving out, they hold hostage to your deposit with no reply after chasing up. I started off as a huge fan but now am disgusted by the way they treat customers.
