★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been using their service for many years actually, however since they changed the officer to Priscilla, service is really bad. She is very rude. She has no patience in explaining. When i called her to ask for my test to be done faster, she was very rude and sarcastic. It's those kind, you take it or leave it attitude. When i inquired more, telling her that i have already sent her the item 1 week ago, and this was supposed to be a yearly repeat test, she hung up on me! Cant believe this.
