I simply love the quality and build of the chair as compare to my previous office chair which gave way after one year of abuse. After using it for 3 months, my comments is you pay for what you get. In another word, value for money. Love it & highly recommend.

Emailed them and they don't cover warranty or provide any solution to the problem. Totally not worth the price! I expect top notch quality for the price that I paid. There are definitely better ergonomic chair out there. Also, this chair, the FAEZ8ERG is not suitable for short people. I'm 165 cm and I sometimes have pain on my neck when sitting on the chair. The headrest couldn't adjust to the level where my neck can lean on the headrest. I wouldn't recommend this chair to others.

Since the purchase, posture has improved greatly and no hint of any back issues. Very grateful to Ergomeister for providing the ideal solution to my office seating requirements. A	Alex Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 've been using the Ergomeister chair for over a year now. My honest opinion and would strongly recommend this chair over the "Gaming chairs" out there. I work from home almost 4 days a week, and being an amidst gamer, I sat in front of my computer almost 12 to 14 hours a day. I've tried a few brands, including gaming chairs before Ergomeister, and had been giving me back problems. After the switch, it really helps because of its sliding seat to adjust the depth, movable back rest with lumbar support are the 2 most important feature for me. The height of the chair is a little tall for me though (I'm 5"6), so I have to use a foot rest. The mesh still is in pristine condition despite over a year old, unlike some that will droop after long usages. I have to say this is one of the best investment I've made.

When I received it and used the Ergomeister Chair, I asked myself why this Trial Period when it is almost Love At First Seat (sorry not Sight). It has been a dream and I wonder why I did not make an earlier decision. Kudos to the Designer and Team for making available such a great chair.
