My dog has been groomed by Michelle and we love her! The best groomer we have met so far. My dog has been groomed by other groomers before and I must say, we were not very lucky in meeting a good groomer, and I used to dislike sending her for grooming because she would appear withdrawn and depressed whenever she returns from grooming... sometimes, she would eat less than usual. it was until we found Inutown. Though I have never stayed behind to watch because I do not want to disrupt their work as my presence would make my dog excitable, but one difference we observed is that my dog remained her happy self whenever she returns home from grooming at Inutown. Not forgetting, I love every single cut so far. Well-proportioned and always adorable! So, would highly recommend Michelle!

Bought my little pom at inu Town. Superb service from boon. He was patient and share with us a lot of tips for first time owner. Overall a great experience! Greatly recommend for anyone who want to buy a new dog or do dog grooming.

I’m a first time dog owner and just got my dog from Inutown - I had a lot of questions and Boon was very patient, helpful and flexible. I’m falling in love with my new dog despite his troubles and glad to have Boon who still helps check on him and reply my questions when I brought him home. Adeline and MW are patient, knowledgeable and caring individuals who genuinely want the best for the dogs that pass through their hands. I was undecided on a puppy and still have yet to bring one home, but through this whole process, they were extremely understanding and accomodating (i.e. staying behind on new year’s eve) for me to interact with the puppy. I truly appreciate their wonderful service and I look forward to getting a furkid from them in the future.

Being an owner of a dog that supposedly requires little grooming maintenance, I did not think that grooming was necessary for my corgi. However, a grooming session with Inu Town completely changed my perception of dog grooming. I had previously sent my dog for grooming at other groomers. Yet, I did not observe notable changes after the grooming sessions. As such, I continued to groom my dog on my own, at home. Besides, my corgi has fear aggression and I was worried that it might not be wise to bring her for grooming lest she gets stressed up and the groomers get bitten. Thankfully, the grooming session for my corgi went smoothly. I also noted how neat and poised she looked after grooming. I never thought that short-haired dogs like corgis would look so different after a proper grooming session! The photoshoot the grooming team took for my corgi speaks a thousand words. I'm truly thankful to the Inu Town grooming team for helping me groom my corgi, and for taking this lovely photo of her. Thank you!

Having sent my first Corgi, who has gone to Rainbow Bridge to Inu Town for her regular grooming sessions, I've had the wonderful opportunity to connect with the Inu Town team who is always there for us. When I lost my first fur kid, I was devastated and the team offered their moral support and kindness in the days that my dearest fur kid was unwell, till the day she left. I am incredibly appreciative and filled with gratitude for the terrific team at Inu Town. It was only after several conversations with the team that we decided we would be ready for another fur kid. The process of meeting our second fur kid was fantastic. As second-time dog owners, many might think that we didn't need much help or guidance. However, Boon was meticulous in finding out what were our needs as a family with three young children and who had just lost a fur kid. I have learnt so much in my conversations with him as he shared his experience and philosophy on how to deal with the grief of losing a beloved fur kid and how we can best care for our fur kids based on our lifestyle. Having visited several pet stores, I've met a fair share of pet management specialists who do their best to answer our questions as potential pet owners. With Boon, I've found that it makes a world of difference to speak to someone who has an invaluable trove of experience and who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of fur kids and their families. I am so thankful to have met Boon, Michelle and Ying Xiu. I will certainly be back to groom Koji at Inu Town and would not hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a fur kid to approach the team!

It was my dogs’ first time going to a groomer and mine too! We were always afraid of sending our dogs to groomers because of the uncertainty of letting others handle them. But I could tell my dogs had a good experience with them and they were very reassuring throughout the process. See how relax my white and red shibas were. Thanks Ying Xiu and assistant for being attentive to details and grooming them. Inu town is now my go to for my dogs grooming session.
