Maggie is very knowledgeable and has helped me learnt much about the basics of dog grooming and essential first aid for dogs. I totally enjoyed the one day session today and think this is a course all dog owners should take up so as to learn more about their beloved pets and how to take care of them.

A cosy and calming environment for the pet when send for grooming. The groomer, Maggie was professional, nice and detail in explaining grooming procedures, and provide necessary advice for the appearance of the pets. Prior to everything, kindly provide all the necessary informations (allergies, skin conditions and type of style u want for the pet). My request was a shave down for the dog. My dog went there with a wiry coat, lots of complain, and not so happy mood. After grooming, the dog was thoroughly clean, happy and not so fussy anymore. It was a quick session as compared to my previous groomer, and the service provided was excellent. The salon is located beside a message parlour. So the parents of ur beloved pets can actually entertain urself with a massage, and do some light shopping at Thomson Plaza (a short walking distance) while the groomer work with your beloved pets. Before we found Maggie at Dog Haven, my dog used to "fight" entering other grooming salons. It has been about 6 years since we've been going to Dog Haven, and the service is still top notch! Maggie is extremely professional, dedicated and she really knows how to manage and handle the doggies. My dog happily walks into Dog Haven and he gets really excited and happy whenever he sees Maggie - which to me, is the greatest assurance that he is being taken care of.

Brought my puppy, toy poodle for his first grooming today. It was a great experience! Communication with shop owner is efficient, and Togi came home smelling nice and appear neater ??

Amazing! My dog goes there every week for grooming and bath (more than two years) and everything is always perfect. Trustworthy and professional! My dog loves the place and the people there, and me too! Maggie is the best!

Just attended the Basic dog grooming and Essential first aid course with some Maltipoo's owners in a private class. I love the trainer - Maggie who is knowledgeable and professional , she answered our queries and explain step by step in details. We have learned a lot during the 9 hours course (1 hour lunch) and had good bonding with our doggo (we brought our own doggo as it is a private class). Dog owner will learn how to handle the dog properly during bathing, cleaning their ears, how to brush and blow dry to achieve the fluffy look etc etc.......... First aid knowledge also quite useful. I would recommend all dog owners to attend this course to build a good foundation in dog grooming, so you could take good care of your dog's grooming.

Attended a Canine first responders course. It's a day course from 9am to 6pm. Have hand ons training and also very informative information given during the course. Trainer Maggie definitely helpful and her skill toward conducting the course is very productive and engaging. As a pet owner I am happy that I took this course and gained the knowledged.

Maggie is a fantastic instructor when it comes to the basic of dog grooming and first aid! I learned so much in a span of a day and I can now confidently cut my dog’s black nails and shave his paw pads all by myself! Thank you so much, Maggie! For the guidance and for sharing your knowledge with everybody. I would highly recommend anyone who’s interested in taking a 1-day course to look for Maggie at Dog Haven. Truly one of the best instructors.
