Their customer service is excellent. Joseph is really patient in answering my questions even tho some are pretty dumb. Also, me being very indecisive, he is still very patient in helping me. They are also very flexible in changing the system components. And the overall experience I had thru chatting with him in whatsapp, made me have this feeling that they are trustworthy, care for the customers and that I am in good hands. That made me eventually purchasing a custom build PC from them! Even after the purchase, he still check with me about the PC that I had bought making sure everything is in good condition and making sure if I had any more questions I can msg them and ask them! Kudos to Joseph and his team! Thanks for this wonderful experience!!

Transaction was really smooth :) Being someone who is buying a gaming desktop for the first time, Joseph assisted me throughout the entire process & provided me with excellent service. Delivery was took less than 2 days after I placed my order. Performance was definitely beyond my expectations as the setup was as simple as plugging in the necessary. I will highly recommend for people who are buying their first setup for the first time or anyone who is looking to upgrade their setup as the prices are definitely much more affordable as you will be getting pretty good specs as compared to other well known providers.

I was looking for a PC that serve for gaming (my son requested) and study/personal use. As I know nothing about specs and not very IT savvy, I get my friend to help and he found Invader. There are quite a number of negative feedback when purchasing of PC especially we don't get from a "reputable" source. Before we decide to visit Invader, I read a lot of good reviews and wonder how real are the reviews (you may be one of them just like me). We still proceed to fix and appointment with Joseph to meet up with him. The shop closes at 6.30pm and we were there like 6pm. Joseph attended to our queries and did not show any sign of impatient even it was way pass closing time. The sincerity in his tone and no pushy attitude makes us feel comfortable. Here is my son's review: Considering that this is my very first PC, I have to say that this PC is very good. I absolutely love the lights on the CPU. I also am quite happy that they gave us a keyboard and mouse with the PC. The monitor is big and smooth. When I play, there fps is really good, there is hardly any lag. Except when my WiFi is bad. The whole PC in general is very nice and beautiful. Everything runs so smoothly and I love the headset that came with it. All in all, I really like this PC
