★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intel NUC is extremely unreliable. It broke down completely after 4 years. Prior to that, there was intermittent issues such as blank screen or the computer freezes for no apparent reasons. At times, the Windows shutdown simply stalled! I have feedback to Intel support and the person in charge (Jeff C.) is unsympathetic and simply not willing to help once the 3 years warranty is over. Now I couldn’t retrieve my precious data in the SSD. I really regret buying an Intel NUC. It has resulted in massive inconvenience and inconsistency in my work. I will never trust Intel NUC.
