Went on 12 Feb 2022, was served by a patient and knowledgeable Chinese man in his 30s/40s? relatively approachable and nice, had a small talk about running shoes and ended up getting a Hoka Mach 4! iRun Singapore is an awesome place if you are looking to explore various brands for running shoes. They have a very extensive product catalog and a very wallet friendly price for certain shoes. For this it should be given 5 stars. However, I chose to give 1 star is because the male staff, who claimed he was just part-time and from another store in the mall. When I asked if there was a half size or 1 size bigger, he dismissed me by saying the current fit is good enough after pressing the front of the shoes. That was truly unprofessional, because he wasn't the one trying the shoes and he didn't even notice if I had wider than normal feet. If I wasn't someone who know how shoes should fit, it would be a disaster. Just imagine having to spend your money and after running in it you found yourself with an uncomfortable shoes. For those looking for better service, please do go to the 313 branch for iRun. The staff there are much better, way better. I am so glad I went off without buying from him there. As I went to other shop and tried one size bigger. The fit was spot on.
