t	tt kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time restring at this shop. Initially i was quoted $16. When i went for collection, the staff misplaced my racket and asked for a recipe they didnt even issue. After finding it in the other shop they charged me $18. Considering that there are so many alternatives there, not worth a try.

Bought a yonex duora 10 for $170, shopkeeper SWITCHED OUT the duora 10 I picked out for A FAULTY ONE. The racket frame creaks incessantly every time I swing it. extremely appalled, disgusted and indignant at their dishonesty. on top of that, when i requested for string tension of 27 pounds, they strung it for me at a ludicrous 20 pounds. even though their racket selection might be decent, any other shop in Queensway would do a better job in every aspect. patronize at your own risk, but be warned.

Factors listed as follows: (1) Horrendous quality in re-string and re-grip services; loose bits and string tension not as instructed. (2) Owner lost my badminton headcovers and insisted that I did not provide him with any, and that it is not his business to handle any covers or the like; this is factually untrue as I had left the headcovers on the rackets when I had left them in the shop’s service. Wouldn’t have minded buying another set but the older shop owner didn’t bother with my request. Tl;dr - Horrendous service, dodgy af work ethic. Be advised to patronize other vendors that offer more honest work than these guys.

A	Allen Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely unpleasant experience. Owner told me I should ask for price before trying a pair of shoes. Other shops were selling at a cheaper price. Hence, I made the ask to match. Please avoid this shop. Not sure if owner is interested in running a business.
A	Akshay Salunkhe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service and dishonest business. Came in to collect 2 badminton racquets for my partner. I provided phone number, credit card receipt, time of purchase, exact type of purchase (restringing + grip). They said I needed physical receipt, which they didn’t give (only gave visa receipt). There’s no proper book-keeping as evident from the messy way they keep the racquets. In the middle of my enquiry, the shopkeeper went to attend to someone else who was interested in purchasing a racquet. So if money has been paid, they are no longer interested in serving your needs. Worst part, my girlfriend had to come down herself to get the racquets. Surprise surprise, even 5 days after they were supposed to be done restringing, the racquets were not ready. I urge all customers to look further than this poorly-run business.
S	Speedy Gaming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service. Basically it is a "no buy no try" shop, please be aware when visit the shop. I was trying to get my shoes size correct but ended up the color is not what I wanted and I decided not to buy it. The shop keeper started to put a lot of pressure on me, saying that why do you even bother to try if not buying it ? you gonna try here and buy somewhere else? Saying best price offered here, other shop selling higher price(actually another shop offer a lot cheaper). Those conversation is so awful and keep pointing finger on me while talking. It is a very bad first visit experience for me. No next time.
