car wash and vacuuming was thorough and overall very good value for money. even helped to apply tyre shine. where else can you find this level of work for this price....

Very good cleaning, best I had. But the queuing system is unfair, all car suppose to queue behind, but your worker allow people from front to cut in. Very disappointing. When I came in, I take a look in front and there's no car waiting, suddenly when come to my turn , a white car cut my queue and your worker say he was here first.

Went to the this shop this morning. My advice is don’t even bother to consider this shop pls. The Indian fellow (don’t know boss or employee) was so cocky. I merely asked how long will the car wash take as there are 2 car inside the shop washing. First time I call out to him, he don’t bother to look or answer me. So I walk nearer to him and ask again excuse me car wash need roughly how long.. he give me a dirty look at my clothing(I was in t shirt and shorts) and ask what car u driving and told me to put the key there. Hello? Does it matter what car I drive? He don’t even bother to explain the price or services they provide. I ask again hello how long it will take? 30 mins? 1 hr? At least I can gauge the timing I need come back. He get upset after I ask the timing. Lol, what kind of service are u providing.. customer can’t even ask what time I can collect the car? My advice don’t bother to support this kind of shop. There are lots of car wash at ubi area that provides better services. This shop don’t even worth 1 star. Too bad that’s the minimum.

One of the few places I know that offers Motorcycle wash. They take good care of your bike. They don't mind even if the bike is very muddy. Good service too.

For car they washed pretty well. For motorcycle they washed at the back where it's pretty dark so I don't know how they even manage to see properly. After washing didn't even dry properly the entire ride I could see water flying. Prices should but written somewhere, it's easier that way. But overall good.

First time trying their car wash ($12) and will be my last. After paying the guy (Adam), then I saw all these dark dust spots all over my car. Requested him to use a cloth to wipe them off . He commented I need to send my car for polishing instead to remove them. I showed him then that I can rub the spots off just by using my fingertip. He promptly walked away, saying I paid only for basic washing and he has done his job. I tried reasoning with him that all these obvious spots always get washed or wiped off at petrol kiosk wash stations and he asked me to just tell his boss. When I next asked to talk to his boss, he said his boss is not here but overseas. He told me to just go ahead and write reviews online. I understand my white car shows off dust spots easier than other colors and had no issues with other car washers all these while, until I came here. I do not expect all dark spots to be 100% cleaned off in a car wash but this Adam’s attitude is not to ask him to wipe off even one spot after he thinks he is done. ——————————————— Updated: The boss has since contacted me promptly to apologise and arranged another wash with a different staff to rectify the issues. Seems to me the boss is working hard to run the business but there could be just specific staff showing bad attitude at work. Will give them another try as long as it’s a different staff.

My car was speckled with white specks . And wash supervisor suggested clay bar treatment. And look at the post wash swirls marks! He went defensive and claimed it was my white specks on my car (definitely not sand) that caused it. When I was there arguing with him and getting his guy to clean the remaining white specks, they could be wiped off with a cloth with no scratches. Was probably too lasy to wash with more effort using a sponge but chose the east abrasive method and claimed that it was the specks that caused it. My boot was resprayed 2 months after removing a delaminated spoiler. Thus it had no swirl marks to begin with. Never again with these guys.
