โ โ โ โ โ Actually the Uncle is nice to me, he sells legit Makita tools and not overpriced. I bought most of my electric tools from this shop. The uncle was nice to me he gave me Makita product booklet for accessories and hand toolset because he knows I like the brand.

โ โ โ โ โ I can't believe how arrogant and rude they are! not sure if they are the owners but during this time you would think they would be more accommodating and want business instead of brushing me off and telling me "this is not a screw shop!" You're a hardware store! You're a HARDWARE store that doesn't sell screws?!

โ โ โ โ โ Agree with other reviews here regarding about their attitude. There is a very grumpy and rude middle-aged man who has his glasses on. Asked a few questions and he became impatient. We showed him what we were looking for and we thought he would show us some examples, but he kept demanding for measurements. Thereafter, he placed a measuring tape on the table and demanded us to measure it for him while pointing it with his index finger. Shortly afterwards, there were customers queuing behind us, and he made hand gestures to get rid of us and attend them. It's my first and last time here.

โ โ โ โ โ THE WORST PEOPLE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Spoke to the guy first and he was so rude and impatient from the get-go even though I was just asking a question nicely. Then another lady came and started shouting even louder, it was shocking. There are many other hardware shops you can go to with much better service. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there this morning and was shocked by the attitude of them. That guy over the counter is the boss. Heโs super arrogant and rude. When you ask a question heโs very unhelpful. Btw, They have another store operated under the same name by his brother. Almost same kind of attitude. Avoid their shops unless youโre super desperate. Try Sin Ma at Eunos. They are well stocked.

โ โ โ โ โ They won't even entertain you if you come 1hr before closing time. When asked is there any other place that can find the item they don't have. They just ignore you as if you are not there. Especially the staff whom is skinny Chinese guy wearing spectacles blardy rude when talking with him.
