Islander - 1 Magazine Rd

From start to finish the service from Islander has been first class. Before we even set sail, we had our needs taken care of, an itinerary tailored perfectly for us and a crew, staff and yacht picked out for us that was just spot on. We sailed around Raja Ampat for 30 days, exploring every inch it seemed of this remote region. Every day saw new scenery, we never got bored and how could you?! Totally stunning part of the world and best of all we had it pretty much all to ourselves most of the time! I highly recommend getting on this before it does become full of tourists. At the moment you will have whole islands to yourself and dive among coral reefs that are unspoilt, full of the most amazing fish and marine life. We had a classic sailing boat and felt so free, like we’d travelled back in time as explorers. Beats the usual, boring hotels and landlocked experiences of past holidays!! The crew and captain were so knowledgeable, the food was out of this world and although they were very attentive, they also gave us plenty of privacy - I cannot fault them. We will be back next year, probably for another yacht holiday around Komodo Islands this time. Can’t wait to see those dragons!!!

We sailed around Langkawi Islands with Islander. We were two families with 3 children each, ranging from 12 to 16. The accommodation was good and the beds comfortable. Cooking was super from a professional chef!! The highlight of course was the fabulous spots we were taken to each day. They mixed things up to give the kids a bit of variety. Being on a catamaran was amazing and we sailed when the opportunity arose and it was the most fabulous experience. Would do it again in a heart beat.

The trip around the Komodo Islands was wonderful. We stayed on the catamaran that was the cheaper choice. We had delicious breakfasts and lunches on board complete with wine if desired. We would moor for lunch and had plenty of time to sun soak or swim or paddle board. Our crew was wonderful and quite professional in seeing to their duties but very friendly and accommodating. We have many happy memories of this trip and I would recommend it unequivocally.

Awesome!!!!!! We were 4 Australian couples aboard a yacht. Our skipper and hostess were absolutely fabulous. Their knowledge of the Phuket area was excellent, kept us informed the whole route. Food was exceptional. They carried us on their hands the whole trip. This was on our bucket list, but it was above our expectations. The yacht was well equipped, and to our surprise not so cramped as we expected. Well done Islander and especially to the team. Thanks for n amazing trip!!!!

Best Holiday Ever!! We sailed for a week around Lombok as a couple of 2, the trip was absolutely amazing, one of the most relaxing breaks we have ever had, the cabins were well appointed with plenty of storage for large cases, a good shower, toiler and also air con, the choice of islands were great ranging from beautiful, small secluded bays with wonderful seafood restaurants only accessible by boat, to bustling marinas with plentiful choice of restaurants and bars. We had amazing hosts, very professional yet informal and made everyone feel relaxed and welcome from minute 1, totally amazing host! I have nothing negative to say what so ever about this trip, great value for money and a first class experience, well done Islander.

All around amazing experience! Everything about our Islander trip was absolutely perfect! We went on an 8-day trip through the South Gilis. Our captain and host were super welcoming and made us feel immediately comfortable on the catamaran. Our host was an excellent cook! We enjoyed all the food and prepared for us. The captain and host also had excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do while on shore. We recommend Islander to all of our friends and look forward to another trip!

our day out on an Islander speedboat tour was such fun! We traveled around the Phi Phi Islands and got to see the incredible sights in style. We saw so many places that would have been inaccessible with any other mode of transport and speeding around the Thai waters was really exhilarating. Islander made sure all our needs were taken care of, with a meticulously planned itinerary. We'll go for a full-length yacht holiday next time we are in Southeast Asia, definitely with Islander.

It has been our first ever sailing holiday. We can honestly say it is the best holiday we have ever had. The Banda Islands are simply stunning!! Our skipper really went above and beyond our expectations. They truly are a credit to Islander. We received fantastic recommendations of places to eat and also visit during our sail, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Our skipper had so much knowledge and experience, it really stood out to us at how fantastic and professional he is. Our host made our day, every day with the quality of breakfasts and lunch, again exceeded our expectations. We will definitely do another Islander holiday in the near future. We would 100% recommend this to our friends and family. Thank you so much.
