The instructor, Ken Tan, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to share with us beyond what was in the curriculum. The curriculum itself was also very rigorous (and actually really tests your mind if you are serious about it). Administratively, the support from May was also very good, and was very quick to react to our needs (e.g. providing SMM-managed spaces for meals as we were not allowed to dine outside due to COVID). Highly recommended, will be going for another course again soon!

Attended CCNA by Ken Tan. Great in-depth teaching, with real world examples. Brought in devices in class to show. Always answers all questions, even if it diverts slightly from the topic. Gave good advice on what courses we can do in future depending on our field of interest. Looking forward to do more courses by him.

Mr Ken Tan is a very cultured and mannered instructor with a lot of Technology knowledge. He is very humorous and his examples are very interesting and related to the technology he is trying to explain. i will definitely be taking more classes under him. Thankyou.

If anyone wants to learn about the basis of computer networking, this is THE place! From February 2021 onwards, I have learnt a lot since I took up 3 courses from this training centre. Mr Ken Tan, the trainer, is the G.O.A.T to say the least. A master craftsman of his kind - very professional, knowledgeable, patience, understanding and extremely helpful. Ms May Leong, the course administrator, is a lovely woman who does her work wonderfully and professionally. She knows how to guide a trainee to the right direction in time of need. I have been attending courses at IT enabler for quite a long time. I want to thank Mr Ken Tan for his great patience and sincerity in imparting his knowledge to all learners. HE is truly professional in his training and he really knows what he is doing. I really enjoyed my time in Ken's class. I managed to pass my CCNA and AWS cloud practitioner exam with great result. I also want to thank May for helping with the admin and examination matters, she is very dedicated and responsive in assisting us with the training and exam matters. I would encourage anyone that is keen in IT related learning to go to IT enabler for your training courses. Go experience it for yourself and feel the difference.

I am able to understand much of the course, even though it is hard to learn everything in three days, but at least the lecturer was able to specify the main point for us to know better about the course we are attending. Only issue with having the class through zoom is the fact that we are only to be able to one lab only at the end when there is 5 lab in total, and the reason is due to certain setting we have to do from scratch as we must use my account to do it, and not all of us have multiple screen, making it harder to went through the lab. itself.

It's a new training venue, room seems just renovated and furniture are all new as well. Easy access to coffeeshop nearby. And literally right next door to mrt exit. Trainer is also knowledgeable and able to relate to real life scenarios.

To anyone regardless of any background that is keen on moving into IT industry. This is a place for you! Excellent teaching material and my instructor (Keng Yong Tan, Ken) has done way more than most course instructor i had encountered. He is by far the most knowledgeable, passionate and most dedicated instructor i ever met. i was initially very clueless on IT Networking and skeptical on how CCNA will bring me far in my IT career. But after attending CCNA course with IT Enabler, i begin to have a wider view of network technologies and better understand on how network runs within an organization. Because i gain so much knowledge and understanding on network, it enables me to performed well with my interview as an Network Engineer with Equinix inc. Besides taking up CCNA course, i took up AWS Cloud Practitioner course with them and it expanded my insights of cloud technologies.
