Buy at your own risk. We first went down to their showroom after seeing the positive reviews. WE WERE WRONG. What we did not expect was that it was going to be a nightmare for us getting funitures from Stitch & Kit. Pre-ordered a sofa set from John in April after he promised that the sofa we will be receiving is exactly the same material as the one we saw in the showroom - DOWNFEATHER fillings. So finally the sofa came in June and when we received the sofa, we were literally shocked. First, the fillings were all SPONGE/FOAM cushions. Secondly, the legs were black instead of wood colour which we had requested (they said we could customise to the legs we want). Had we not inspected it, they would have gotten away with it. We called John and he promised that he will change it for us. In the end he only changed the back cushions and nothing was done for the sofa seats. We kept asking him for the past 3 months when is he going to change the sofa seats for us and his reply is always "I check with the factory and I let you know". Why are we the ones who have to keep chasing for things to be corrected when Stich & Kit is the one who is dishonest? Its September now and we have tried contacting him a few times but there has been no response from his side since. We have given John/Stich & Kit enough time for them to make their corrections but nothing has been done. It is irresponsible and dishonest of them to promise something that they cannot even deliver. So if you are thinking of buying any furnitures from them, buy at your own risk!
