★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopee tried contacting me but I wasn’t checking my chat box. They went ahead to send a alternative to the item we ordered because of delay in shipment. When we refused, they gave us alternatives to have a refund or wait. We decided to wait and fortunately when the item arrived earlier than expected, they send it and exchanged it with the first one we received at no extra cost. Kudos! To Shopee.

They reached out to me and told me that Shopee had some logistic issues that might delay the shipment on the day I ordered the items. After five days of waiting, I contacted the seller and they found the shipping company might lost the parcel. The seller immediately sent me the items using another courier service and I got the parcel on the same day! The seller is responsive and helpful, and the items I received work great.

They made arrangement to have one of my item delivered first while we wait for the restock for the other one. Delivery was fast and item was properly packed to prevent any damage. Item was in excellent condition and as advertised on the site. Looking forward to receive my second item soon and I will definitely make purchases with them again. ??
Following up with my initial review, I did not continue to wait for the second item as there was a delay from the main supplier. However, they are sincerely apologetic over the long wait and the refund process was fast and hassle-free. They have also asked if they should contact me if the stock is once again available and I agreed for them to do so. After sales service from them is really great and I do look forward to buying stuff from them again. ?
