i sent my obsolete imac to Jewel Apple store as I cannot power on. Apple store diagnose due to power supply failure and thus paid to change it but brought home and it doesn't work and Apple store only tell me they will refund and cannot fix it, suggest me to get a new imac as not worth repairing. Not willing to throw the 5k imac that I hv spent on, went searching for company that can repair imac and also looking for 2nd hand laptop for standby and came across ITCARE with good reviews thus decided to give it a try. i am very happy to chance across ITcare and never regret my decision. The boss aka Benson is super duber patient with me with many many questions asked and he did not fail to answer all my queries. At one point of time I cannot decide whether to install Ms office on Apple OS or Windows and ask for his suggestion and he provides good feedbacks. Upon collection for my imac, one of the staff is very helpful and show me how to operate the imac with two OS, check everything working well like speaker, camera, networking, MS office and even bubble wrapped iMac for me to handcarry it. Oh, also provide me with the power cable to make sure I don't use the original apple cable in case it will short circuit and cause imac to fail again. There is one month warranty after the repair too. All in all, we pay the $$ but must find a trustable and good after care service company too and ITcare has it all! Thumbs up for your service! Won't regret

I had my laptop here serviced and repaired almost 7 months ago for screen and changing my HDD to SSD. I realised the screen size they used is 15.6" but the resolution is 1366 x 768. But my original screen size is 15.6" and the resolution is 1920 x 1080. That's a downgrade from my original screen and without telling me at all. In our original chat i mentioned the Laptop Model , and on the specifications page on the website there should already be showing you that my laptop is 1080p. But instead i got replaced with a 1366 x 768 screen instead. Very disappointed for the price i paid for the screen change @ 180 $ to get such a downgrade. Checked the Laptop screen through software and the model number is BOE066E which is 1366 x 768. My Laptop model is G501VW, which is FHD and is 1080p .

Very happy with the lcd display panel replacement for my thinkpad! Was able to get it repaired on the spot ! (compared to waiting for months and had to pay almost 3x the price! ) Benson is also very meticulous and very helpful! He was my saviour! lol !Will surely recommend!

Brought in a very old desktop (2nd gen processor) for repair. Benson was very patient and upfront during the discussion on the best route forward and responded very promptly to all queries. In the end had a very good deal and very satisfied by the overall service. Will return in future if there are any issues with comp/laptops.
