I bought coco shiok, once I drink I feel powder in my mouth. Quite sad, expected to be better

staff can improve on their service and not blast music so as to be able to hear customers better. drink tasted ok.

Order brown sugar milk, brown sugar just stuck to cup doesn't dissolve. End up drinking tasteless milk tea

Had the dessert and Fresh Lemon Green Tea. I like the fact that yam paste is available as part of your dessert or drink at iTEA.

Not a very consistent place for bubble tea. Some times it’s great, and sometimes is not up to standard. Same drink at 50% and 25% is a world of difference. When they do it right though, it’s great value for money.

Ordered multiple drinks via the iTea app, so only found out about this semi-full cup after. Bought a large Coffee Ice with White Pearls for my mom, and this was the melted version when my mom got home from her errand. Even if ice-blended drink melts, I wouldn't think that the difference is that big, with the drink being 2/3 filled only. Reached out to iTea via IG, but zero response. Quite disappointed with the service all around, for this drink order. Thankfully the rest of the order was alright, just this one cup for my mom on CNY. Well, she did still have the heart to say she liked the drink, despite the fact that it wasn't a full cup. And the only reason why I ordered at this outlet was because the other outlet was closed, or more expensive. E.g. Paya Lebar and Nex pricing is 30¢ more expensive for my usual drink. If I'm buying 1 cup, 30¢ is still alright, but if I'm ordering like 10 cups, that's a good $3 more!

Ordered Taro fresh milk. I thought they would blend the ingredients together so that it would be homogeneous and ready to drink. Well, all they did was pile the ingredients together-Thick yam paste, Boba, Milk, thick dairy cream in the cup and gave it to you. As you can imagine, you have to stir it vigorously with the straw getting your hands sticky and dirty in the process. Even then, it is not possible to mix it well. Ended up, I was just drinking pure dairy with occasional chunks of yam paste and boba. Probably would never order again if this is they way they are going to make each drink. Can see from the photo it was just milk and yam paste at the bottom. Not pleasant to drink.

Seeing some negative reviews here but wanted to share my own experience. First off, the staff working here are friendly and attentive to your orders. The thing I like about iTEA compared to other bubble tea shops are the stamp card that lets you collect stamps for every purchase you make and rewards you on your future orders. My favorite bubble tea is the caramel milo with black pearls which I will always order and it seems only iTEA sells it so that makes them the only bubble tea shop I would patronize. And to give some recent experience, when I was going to collect my order, a staff noticed my drink wasn't mixed properly so she asked me to wait awhile while she fixed it. This shows they really care to make the bubble tea properly and not just give the order without looking. Thanks for the caramel milo ??
