★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the cut was quite ugly, I cut wrongly with my own DIY so decided to let them re cut it for me but after the cut I think I can cut into that standard too, staff wad friendly but the cutting was not nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bother making an appointment. Never ever on time. Other regulars which walk in can take ur appointment even if you come on time. Happened twice. Don't sign for their packages (very pushy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pushy for the package. Requested herbal n organic and realised at the end when they show me the product used. Dye my hair so red. Really felt cheated. $2 cut hair is a gimmick for a non flow of traffic for them to upsell their package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional / ridiculous barber shop ever.
The boss and this other tall/skinny employee (I did not get his name) are super unprofessional and always late - shop is supposed to open at 10am, but they only reach at 10.10am. A regular walked in and just cut the queue when there were 2 of us waiting in line.
They are very slow and inefficient too - even when the boss/staff are not attending to someone, they will not let you in until they feel like doing so.
Kelly is the only exception - she is friendly, punctual and produces decent haircuts.
