We bought a bench on Dec. 10, 2020. The delivery date was postponed like 3 times; the reason given : it's the pandemic. I give them the benefit of the doubt over this one. However, the following: ... 1) It was meant to be cherry but it looks more like oak. 2) We were given a 5 hour window for the delivery which we think is rather a big window. It turned out to be more than that as the delivery was about a half after the 5 hour window. 3) As soon as the box was opened, I could see that the measurement of the bench is off. On my receipt and on the website, the bench is meant to be 33cm. wide. It is, however, 28 cm. in reality, 4) There are patches on the legs of the bench where the varnish is not even. 5) The website claims it is solid wood. I don't think so - it is way too light to be solid wood. I am not going to argue with Iuiga re: the above because I don't want to go through the hassle. Life is too short! All I can say is : i) our friends who visit our home can see for themselves Iuiga's product ii) No more Iuiga for us.

Pls improve on your inventory management system and logistics. I get that items eta is approximated but dragging on for a week already and your cs cant guarantee when your so called delivery partner can deliver my sofa which has been in your storage since last week is just a lousy excuse. Thousands of companies using delivery services have a better estimate and control on when their customers can expect delivery, why can't iuiga?

what is the point of first requiring a membership (which I have) and using their APP to scan the QR code at the store when I am standing in the store ready to buy something? collecting user data - yes, maximising APP downloads and usage - yes, but where is the customer experience and convenience??? not sure which half baked consultant advised them to put these hoops for retail customers to jump thru before being allowed to buy something! when their strategy is also to have almost 20 retail stores in a small city, so clearly not a digital play!!!

Bought a juice extractor , faulty after 4 months and unable to locate where to send for warranty repair, there is no telephone no in the website. Try to communicate using the app provided but no replay at all.

The worst company to deal with. Arrange for self collection but not open at their Marina Square outlet at 4.30pm. The shop clearly state open from 4.30pm to 7pm. Let me reinteriate, buy at your own risk. At the rate is going, is probably not going to be around for long.

The full aluminium luggage appears to be made from poor quality materials and poor workmanship, despite what the website states. The PU leather handle on my luggage was damaged and peeled extensively after just the first use, yet iuiga refused to exchange or fix it for me. Instead, they blamed it on my luggage tag and on natural wear and tear. I've used the same luggage tag for more than a decade on different luggages of different brands but did not encounter similar problems. Why are iuiga's luggages built so differently?? Aside from that, the TSA lock was also stuck hence I couldn't reset the passcode. Company said that I could bring it back to the store for them to repair, which may take up to 3 weeks, or send it via courier at my own cost. It's such a hassle to carry the huge 29" luggage back and forth because of a fault that's not my own! Honestly, I'd rather throw this junk of a luggage away as it's only good for one time use.

Buy furniture here at your risk! Horrendous furniture buying experience Bought a sofa and table from their website, was told 1 month after ordering that the sofa is not available. For the table, they delayed delivery by a month and never communicated anything themselves.. had to chase their customer support after every deadline which kept moving 2 weeks forward everytime. Very forgetful experience. Will never even think of buying anything valuable from here again.

I bought the Inca dining table and 2 chairs. While the build quality was good. Arranging for delivery was frustrating to say the least as Iuiga coordinates for delivery via email and there is no phone number to call. My delivery that was originally arranged was postponed a day before the delivery date. Iuiga initially only notified via email. After some last minute scrambling, one of their dedicated staff, Edmund managed to make last minute arrangements for the delivery. Edmund really went out of his way to salvage some service recovery.
