It was definitely a great experience working here. My colleague were very friendly. At times when I having trouble with my work, they will help me out as much as they can. My direct supervisor was a nice person, at times when I do not know how to do a certain thing, he will treat me like a friend, and guide me until I get it.

I responded to an ad, to do simple task, liking a Tiktok video. Yes, I got paid $2 per like. I earn $20 per day. On 6th April 2022, I was invited to do a repurchase task. This repurchase task is I need to buy a product, but the product will not send to me. The merchant just need a sales data. The amount will be refunded back to me with commission. So I did 2 of such tasks. Yes, I received the refund with commision. So the next day, I did a repurchase task again, the third one. Somehow, their 'system' shows that I can be upgraded to a VVIP. With the commission increased by 10%. Partly, my fault coz I agreed. But no documentation or anything, all through whatsapp. So after agreeing, I was removed from the simple liking task group and was added to a VVIP group by a customer service that can be contacted at 8574 7403. In that group, the people shared their earnings. Hence, I believe this is a legit company. After completing the task, because I am a VVIP, I could not get my refund plus commission till I complete the second VVIP task. However, the amount gets bigger everytime. I did initiate a request but they informed me that it was all randomly given by the system. For the second VVIP task, because I was late in completing the tasks, I have to do a Remedial overtime task! I was not informed by the customer service that I have to do another task! I was only informed I can get back my money, after doing 2 tasks on that day. I have to borrow money from my father to do the remedial tasks, the next day. I did the procedure and after completing it, there is another remedial task! This time amount gets bigger. I enquire with them that I was not informed that there are 2 tasks! However, they pointed out the instruction given to me for my first remedial task, that it was already stated dual tasks. On 9th April, after the 2nd remedial tasks, there is a settlement task! They assure me after the remedial tasks, that there are no more tasks! But they cannot do anything. The "system" only can refund me back after I complete settlement task. When I asked them how many task. They replied one. I still have enough funds so I go ahead to proceed for that. I am unable to get a refund because got one final settlement task I need to do! I tried to get the money from other friends, pleading with them. This is very tiring for me. However, after completion of the task.. still cannot withdraw the money! Because I have to pay personal tax! The thing is their customer service did not inform me the flow of the task! Like, I cannot exceed the time, else, there will be overtime task. And after overtime tasks, there is settlement task. Once settlement task is over, there is personal tax to pay. All these flow are not layout to me properly! So after diligently following instructions to complete the task, money cannot get back! This is unacceptable for me. What kind of a job is this, if after we diligently complete the task but cannot get paid because need to pay for other stuffs! I already request that my task money to be refunded to my account within 24 hours as I do not have $7138.40 to pay for the tax! If my refund is not in my bank account within 24 hours, I am going to lodge a police report as I believe the way they are doing work is like scamming people.
