Totally agree with the previous postings about Le Creuset Singapore service. Wrote many emails but no reply at all. Have been dealing with them for more than 2 years. Bad, bad, bad!!!

No one bothered to reply to emails regarding defects. I bought an 800sgd pot, lightly used for less than a year and the enamel came off. Initial reply without physically checking the pot was that it is due to user's problem and they will allow me trade in at 60% off the retail price. I asked that they check the pot and look at a better trade in offer... Its been more than a month and I've not heard back despite multiple chasers on email and IG. The main line is completely useless as it's either in use or no one answers.

Great products but awful customer service. My pot has a chip. I’ve emailed the office with photos more than 2 weeks and no reply. Called the office but nobody picks up.

Love the top notch products as LC pots are simply the best but service from the main office needs improvement. Usually no answer or they take a long time to respond.

I totally agree that it is totally disappointing that such a international well regarded kitchen ware, Le Creuset, has such a bad customer service!! The warranty that they claim is also a big question?? I have a one year old pot that I only use occasionally. While using it in the oven to bake my bread few days ago, the black pot cover knob had a chip. I would have thought that this should be easily replaced as I see it as a product defect. However, the customer service reverted to say I should buy a new stainless steel knob that will withstand oven heat!! Isn't the Le Cruset Dutch oven meant to be used ij the oven?? Why would they put on a pot cover knob that cannot withstand oven heat higher than 190 degrees!! . Totally unacceptable!!

Yes, it took 3-4 months before I got a 1 to 1 exchange of my 32 inches marmite, but I totally understand because of the covid situation. I manage to see their office and observe that theres only one woman doing all the work like replying to emails, answering phone calls, receiving deliveries, inventory, talking to the customers etc, and I appreciate her for that. I think she deserves my 5⭐.

Thanks, Suzie (I rate you 5 stars) for the trade-in. I like the oval Dutch oven. The trade-in took a little more than a month (which is a very good turnaround time, I notice) for me after numerous emails to the email address given and messages via fb messenger (thanks to the LC fb admin for notifying the customer service department about my issue). My calls to the service call number provided and Whatsapp failed to get any response. It appears that there is just a lone staff doing the front end customer service, stock audits etc...Perhaps the Singapore Le Creuset management should look into increasing manpower in this department. It is a shame that the after sales customer service is slow if not lacking...
