If you are thinking about body posture improvement, this is the place for you. I used to have nagging lower back pain that hinders my daily activities. Suzan taught me techniques to improve my posture. The result was amazing as the pain is gone after a few classes. Now I am more mindful of correcting my body alignment to prevent injuries!

The place is great. Small cozy studio with perfect natural lighting. Class size is generally 8 to 10 people so the trainer can pay attention to every member. Definitely give it a try!

I recommend this studio to all my friends who say there aren’t enough good beginner yoga classes in Singapore. Iyengar Yoga Centre Singapore is an ideal place to learn about alignment and ensure you’re doing yoga poses in ways that won’t harm or injure your body. Even the most advanced student has something to gain from getting the basics right. The classes are tailored to everyone’s needs and the teachers pay attention to every student.

Attending yoga here since 2012, helped immensely with my lower back pain and posture. Always feel great after every class! Fun and interactive sessions!

Have been coming to this Yoga centre for a couple of years now. The teachers are all professional and pay attention to your form and posture. The style of yoga is fun using ropes, chairs, and props. Highly recommended!

I’ve been practicing yoga at the Iyengar Yoga Centre Singapore for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve tried a number of yoga studios and in particular Iyengar yoga studios in Singapore and this is my favourite studio. The yoga taught here is an authentic form of Iyengar yoga, the teachers are well trained, dedicated to the practice and to their students. I’ve attended classes with Anne and Suzan and couldn’t recommend these two lovely teachers more! Love the fact that they give individual attention to every student, even in large class sizes. They are super observant, know their students well and are extremely good at pointing our corrections and adjustments. They know their craft well and are eager to train the students with love, compassion and enthusiasm. I love this studio because it has managed to stay true to the core of yoga, in a simple and authentic way. It’s a friendly atmosphere and I feel totally at home here!
