★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&K's, Kevin, is very responsive and promptly responded to my call to do a on-site survey. Kevin & his supervisor, Darren, with their expertise, recommended to waterproof e ridge, valley gutters & rc gutters.
The waterproofing works were carried out over 2 days.
The workers were friendly, knowledgeable & safety conscious too!. They carried out e works professionally.
The roof leak problems were resolved!
I'm very satisfied with a job well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin is a dedicated boss who ensure that he delivers a 5 star service. He is on time despite many in the industry suffering from lack of workers in this pandemic. And he is responsive in coming back to clean up paint drips on window panes even after full payment was made and the project has already been wrapped up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged J&K to do waterproofing at our front car porch. The whole project was completed in 1.5 days despite thundery shower on the 1st day of work. Kevin is prompt and easy to work with and his workers are professional, requiring little/no supervision. I'm also impressed that his workers also cleaned up the place after they left on the 1st day so that it wouldn't create an hazard to my family members (some contractors need to be reminded repeatedly). Second, what had already been communicated between myself and Kevin was also being relayed to the his workers and Kevin dropped by to ensure quality check on the work done. I would recommend J&K to someone who requires waterproofing work. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged J&K to waterproof our roofs that were leaking in several spots. Kevin and his team were very prompt, careful, diligent and complete in the way they carried out their work. They also cleared some vegetation from the gutter and fixed it. It was all very well done, from outside to inside making good the ceilings affected. And we added some exterior painting. They did a good job in painting as well. The entire process took 8 days. The roofs look new. Pleasant experience. I would recommend J&K to anyone who needs help with their roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. He is always contactable unlike some contractors I know of, who can’t even be bothered to reply to my queries. I found the charges to be reasonable after comparing a few roof waterproofing companies.
Prep work was properly done and quickly rectified when my neighbor requested for better protection of his roof. This allowed the job to be carried out smoothly.
The workers were friendly and punctual. They also helped to touch up some wall cracks and install bird spikes that I bought which was not part of the job scope.
Due to the rainy weather, the job was completed later than planned but that was beyond control. I would say the repair was done to my satisfaction.
On the whole, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Kevin and his team. It made me realise that roof repair is not as daunting as what I have imagined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin responded to my request promptly and came with his supervisor, to access the leaking roof situation quite immediately. With their expertise, they recommended re-sealing and water proofing the entire roof and gutters. The roof repair was carried out over several days, with few short breaks in between due to recent rainy weather. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and they practiced safety while carrying out the repair. They did a marvellous job on my roof ( as you can from the before and after photos) and I am very pleased and satisfied with the finishing.
Shortly after the repair was completed, heavy rain came at wee morning hours and lasted for a while. The roof held up great ! With a strong roof above my crown, me and my family are now able to sleep restfully at night.
Overall, Kevin and his good team delivered reliable and high quality work as they had committed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose J&K due to the professionalism and sincerity of Kevin. We had our roof thoroughly cleaned, repaired, waterproofed and painted. All these took about 6-7 days to complete. The supervisor and the 2 workers assigned were helpful and good natured. They were always considering how to minimize the inconvenience to the occupants in the house. At the end of the job, they spent quite a bit of time cleaning up the place so that everything looks just great. I will definitely recommend J&K to my friends who may need their service.
