Called a few well known waterproofing contractors on a holiday eve and this is the only contractor who has responded within one hour and continued to provide prompt advice on the next day which falls on a weekend and even late at night. Much appreciated as mine is the inter floor water leakage problem and a few parties are affected and involved. Also understand my requirements and proposed a non-hacking solution. The price is reasonable and the leaking pipes are replaced within a day.

As they asked me to check other quotes, when I got few which were cheaper, the tone changed - and asked me to pay for the visit and close the account. Never engaged in further conversation on how they can match the quote or why they recommend more work than required. I went with other contractors, who were equally responsive and skilful - 40% cheaper!
