★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a haircut at Supercuts a few months ago which turned out pretty satisfactory so I decided to drop by again two Sundays ago for another haircut... which was a complete disaster! :( the hairstylist (lady with short hair) was just grabbed random clumps of my hair without trimming properly and I ended up with uneven, choppy hair (way shorter than what I'd requested for) that is a nightmare to style (haven't let my hair down at all since then...). Will be spending CNY looking like a yeti, no thanks to this disastrous haircut :( am usually not in the habit of writing negative reviews online but this was really disappointing. 0/5!

The hairdresser gave her professional advice to save my hair from previous hair disaster (was cut by kcu* one month ago). She is very experience and able to advice u what hair style match ur head/face shape. Surprisingly the hairdresser Jenny is first day join Supercuts and definitely I will look for her next round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place many time so the last time I went there it was busy and the receptionist told me she will call but unfortunately waiting for quite some time there were no call came from them I waited for long time but no response so will not visit this place again never in my life because there is no sense of responsibility I believe they don’t treat people equally ?
