"I have I ordered 2 boxes of Nan4 milk from shoppee and delivery partner was JNT
A lady came on 26/05 around 2323hrs and threw the parcel in front of my gate, pressed the bell and left. Box was torn, Milk box was damaged also.
If she can throw infront of my gate, i believe her parcel handling on her vehicle would be the same.
U can already see part of the box damaged before the threw
I have 1 IP camera and 1 video doorbell as evidence."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I order from shopee and I see J&T, I feel sad I can't choose another delivery platform because no matter how many times I request for things to be placed in the riser, it is ALWAYS placed on my doorstep, where anyone can take it. I wish shopee would replace them with speedpost/shopee express instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package out for delivery, and only then did I realise that silly me put the wrong address! Called them (took a few tries due to high call volume), but Ron was able to immediately help me block the delivery and get it sorted out. Very efficient work. Thank you J&T!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T has the worst delivery experience. No matter you buy from Shopee or Lazada platform, they never ever read the delivery notes. They will always knock loudly and ring the doorbell a few times instead of placing it in the riser quietly as per instructed in the delivery note unlike all other major delivery providers in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. Someone had sent something to my old address (without me knowing) but with my name on it. I called just to enquire the process for delivery (since we often deliver sensitive tracked parcels through DHL and it’s really important to get it to the right person). Happens that the tracked package was delivered by J&T without checking who was receiving it at all.
That’s ok but when I called, this guy called Jason was super upset and rude. When I told him to calm down, he said “same for u”, which was really weird considering I’ve been civil throughout.
Facebook messenger support was very efficient and civil though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I avoid J&T whenever I can, to the point I’ll rather buy from sellers using other delivery platforms.
Why? Parcels take longer to arrive. Somehow other platforms can pick up orders much later and reach me earlier. Worse if it rains, J&T seems to suddenly stop operating and deliveries become unsuccessful. I don’t see that with other platforms. Call centre is a joke. Always unavailable and hangs up call nearing knock off time.
I’m paying for the delivery fee.. Does J&T thinks it’s doing us a free service?
