โ โ โ โ โ Arranged a courier and the process was smooth and efficient. Came within the specified time. Shirley who was the courier was super polite and patient. Friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and will consider using them again for future parcel delivery.
Before the pick-up I managed to call them twice and they answered within 5 mins both times and were able to help me out with my queries.
Everyone I interacted with from SF was super polite and friendly.

Customer service lady very helpful and patience, she help me to coordinate with courier. courier in Cityhall area also very helpful, willingly to come 2x to pick up the package. we have balance payment with them, and customer service respond to this as soon as possible.
Send package on 22 Jul, received on 30 Jul. The package arrive earlier than expected and our customer satisfied

They are a reliable delivery patner that i have trusted since 2015. Great job team ???

I should read all other victims review before choosing this unreliable shipping company.
Sf promised to deliver within 3-6 days. Indeed they took 20+days to deliver. However, this is not the most irratating part.
Sf customer service abused customers and kick out all victims from their after service group. Then they start a new service group to cheat other people.
They fake invoice and beat around the Bush. They cannot fulfill tasks yet still accept new customers parcels. All parcels were stuck in airport and custom. They are lack of documents yet find all excuses to tell customers that was SG custom fault.
Singapore sf express is total a robbery and scammer. This 1.7 rating Google review tells all!

My order was made and shipped out on 21st Jan, and up till now, my tracking number has been invalid (shows error/duplication of waybill) and I have not received any updates on my parcelโassuming SF Express went MIA. Looks soooo terrible on C&K, and shines a bright light at this scammy courier. Avoid at all cost.

SF uses hp to process the documentation. It is paperless and hassle-free. Everything is settled within 15 mins.
I left the office impressed and happy having finished the transaction within such short period of time.
