Jay stands out very clearly from observing his interactions with customers, his colleagues at the workshop and even his patient conversations via social media and face to face. Very good vibes and no hard selling and sincere. Would definitely use his place as my base for servicing and follow ups. Tuning was excellent antidote for the sluggish CLA 180 1.6 engine. A smile instantly came on my face. The tune was responsive and no lag. Drove home happily. A perfect place and niche for resale conti car owners and those with agent warranties that are over to come to and give their cars practically new life till end of its car life and driving conditions in Singapore. Keep up the good work, Jay and team! Good workshops with a wide array of services are really hard to come by when they are nice people running and helming it. Thank you Jay.
