★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first ever visit to a barber shop in my 62 year old life and I regret to say that it did not meet my expectations.
The visit was comfortable enough with good oils, shaving cream and good athmosphere, but the shaving itself must have been substandard as there are several places I felt beard when I came out of the shop right after the shave.
I beleive I do a far better job myselves with my Edwin Jagger brush and shaving soap, and Gilettes Fusion Pro Glide razor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fourth time I have been to Sophie at JUG Without any doubt JUG provides a brilliant service- timely and polite
Excellent haircut- exactly what I want when I want it
But I think the most impressive part of JUG is the best shaves I have had in Singapore!! Been to just about all the recommended barbers in Singapore and thus far none have come close

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual appointment with Mayumi is always something to look forward to. Her gentle polite manner is always a great ice breaker and her head massage just melt away the day's worries away- cliche it might be but the truth none the rest.
She is also ever accommodating and her haircuts are always perfect and its still the best shave i have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a regular customer for the past year - roughly monthly since I don't really have much hair - and they are fantastic. Friendly and talkative when you want them to be, or quite when you just want to sit on the chair and reflect (or surf your phone). haircut is alway on point and done quickly. what more could anyone ask for. I actually look forward to getting my hair cut - which hasn't always been the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most friendliest service I have ever encounter, one of the best cut, the amount of details and effort put into haircut,I was having an appointment with Mayumi, her skills and the attentiveness to detail really impressed me, I love the layers. Would definitely come visit again as regular and highly recommended to anyone, the photo tells it all.
