Super service, price and speed!

Made a booking 1 week ago, and travelled all the way down, only for them to tell me that the barber was not feeling well and that theres no one else free. No notification or anything that my appointment would be cancelled.

Great service especially for difficult curly hair. Staff is super friendly and took the initiative to promptly offer me student's discount after observing the NUS logo on T-shirt.

Great and Affordable haircut around the town. Best place to go to if you want good, professional and honest barbers. Used to cut with Ana but Erin and Vans are great too! My son looks sharp. Good job guys?

Incompetent and non-existent customer service etiquette, lousy and flippant hair cut from all outlets under "Sultans" brand. Booked Erin for 24th April 2022 at 11am (slot is available for booking online) but received an email that alleged said timing is not available and appointment declined; why even put the timing as available online then to begin with? Upon checking again online after their distasteful auto-bot email, the timeslot is still available via online - contemptible and deceitful behavior from "Sultans Riverside View" and all their other scummy outlets. Wasted my precious time. Lesson learned. The remainder of "We are Sultans" and "Sultans of Shave" outlets are equally bad, if not worse. Clearly, there are too many red flags with "We are Sultans" and "Sultans of Shave" shady and malevolent line of haircut business. I have since taken my business elsewhere much more deserving. Good riddance.

Disappointing as I normally had good haircuts at the outlet. But this time my sides were shaved at unequal angles, and even the sideburns were not shaved to the same length. The male Chinese barber was unhappy when I pointed out the issues with my sides, but managed to convince me after applying hair product, which admittedly was my fault for accepting the results. 1/5 for quality and poor service.

I was hoping for a decent cut with the price stated, but instead I got one of the worst cuts I have had in a while. The barber was definitely not a good listener, I told him that I wanted it to be neat since I have to go to work, but he insisted to cut it short and spiky since it would suit my hair type better. After a few minutes of going back and forth, I decided to agree and now I just have grass on top of my head.
