★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is no good as when u booked appointment, they cfm u thru Whatsapp. But by then u reached there, they will tell u they nv take in yr booking. Even when u showed them the Whatsapp msg of cfm booking msg fr them. They just simply ignore yr anger n nv apologize sincerely. I wasted my trip n time gg there. My package is still left with 30mins n they tell me they can't do it for such a short time. No refund either. They eat up my package just like tht. Horrible staffs they have over the 517 Jurong branch... I suggest u try bedok or novena branch. Mayb could b better? Just the booking part...how to trust them? They think we customer v free. Booked appointment w them n they don't take it seriously. They think we stay their shop next door? Horrible n terrible experience I have with this terrible shop...
