Staff attending to patient is EXTREMELY rude. Rude and unfriendly staff

Went to this place for the first time. The auntie at the counter insist it must be by appointment despite being first time. U can simply provide the information after the first visit. Second time , called in for reservation. The person on phone is really rude. Upon reaching says that she’s busy couldn’t handle the mess therefore reservation timing delayed.

This is our first time coming. Went for back pain. Auntie at the counter was welcoming and helpful. Dr was experienced and treatment was done perfectly. Recommended!

After seeing some negative reviews, I decide to write all my experiences with Qun Jian. My visit was pre-Covid and was surprised that the auntie speaks English and write both English and Chinese with very nice handwriting. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly lady. The younger TCM told me of my conditions which sounded serious but I refused to believe him. One year, I was in A&E and subsequent year, again in A&E. This was then I started to recall what the younger TCM told me before. This is my 1st experience. Amazing TCM advice but I refused to believe. I visited again as my cough does not go away after visiting many clinics and doctors. This time, I seen the older TCM. One time visit, with diet advice from the TCM and the auntie, my cough is gone. Perhaps coincidence? Post COVID, my colleague has the same issue. Again 1 visit, cough gone. Auntie just as friendly. Next visit with my boy, always bloating after seeing many doctors including specialists, again 1 visit, bloating issue gone. Again auntie gave advice what to eat or drink and what not to. Qun Jian is where I will strongly recommend, with reasonable price, good doctor and knowledgeable auntie that is dispensing the medicine.

The Auntie manning the counter speaks english and one of the physician as well. They are very welcoming and friendly. Physician was very thorough in asking questions and checking before deciding the course of treatment/medicine. Highly recommend! Also, they charge quite reasonably! Do remember to call and make an appointment before going down due to Covid-19 safety measurements to prevent crowding.

Went for a visit after a foot injury and was shocked by the bad service provided by the old sensei. He didn’t explain to me what he intend to do and just asked me to lie down on a bed to perform a 15mins PEMF which I didn’t really asked for. When asked how was my injury, is there anything serious, he simply replied its injury and walk off without another word. His assistant then came over to give me a bandage and after completion, i was told to go outside for medicine collection and payment. Felt gutted and can’t feel any sense of responsibility from them towards patients. Definitely never ever gg back again even if its foc.

I visited today (6 June 2022) after making a call as advised by my partner who patronized this TCM before, for my neck sprain. Upon making the call (~11am), I felt that the auntie was in quite a rush/ impatient, and she asked me to come in the afternoon (she did not specify a timing) so I thought as long as I am there during the afternoon slot, it would be fine. After that, I wanted to enquire more about the pricing and payment methods but she already hung up the call so I was feeling a bit displeased. I headed to the clinic and reached around 430 (my bad), the auntie was nagging at me for not informing her when I am going to be late (she wrote down my timing as 2pm in the log). I just accepted it as it's my fault for coming so late and I don't want to say anything more. Upon entering the consultation room, I was assisted by the older doctor. He asked me to put my hand on the cushion thing and he read my pulse, asked me some simple questions like where is the pain, etc and I answered. I wanted him to give me a diagnosis as to why I could have gotten a neck sprain, some explainations on what he will be administering, what form of medication (tablets or liquid) he will providing for my diagnosis, etc. but he did not provide so I didn't know what to expect (to have mental preparation). He just asked me to get onto the bed and administered the accupunture (15mins; whilst suddenly asking me when I was facedown on the bed, if tablet or liquid medication is okay with me, I didn't know he was talking to me until the lady assistant gently touched my calves and asked again closer to me), a bit of massage, and some cupping (<10mins). After the precedures I was still very lost, he only said to not have cold drinks and not to play phone/computer with neck hanging down or something. I asked him, when can I have cold drinks again and he was like, "When your neck gets better." I wanted to ask him more questions like, "When will my neck get better?" but I was feeling disappointed already so I didn't. He passed me 2 pieces of the herbal patch and the lady assistant told me to apply after showering, overnight. I didn't think much of it that time as I was quite overwhelmed but I feel that 2 pieces is not enough (apply for 1 or 2 nights only?)... At the counter, the auntie told me the price and I paid, but she did not explain what the medicines are for... Overall, I think the procedures done are okay but I just felt very disappointed in the customer service as I didn't know what to expect, and I would like a professional to explain to me the cause of a neck sprain, etc. so that I can prevent it from happening again. I'm writing this review in the hopes of having an improved service for myself (maybe), and for others who have also reviewed similar things about the older doctor and auntie.

I had been with the Physician for more than 10 years. What i like about the 2 Physicians are that they are responsible, skilled, ethnic and knowledgeable. They treat the patients' illness with heart and patient. If you are required to see western doctor due to ur illness, they will advise you to do so. They won't be keep asking u to come back and see u. They have their principles and ethnic. Old Physician is man of few words. If you ask him more, he is ok to share with u. Their charges are reasonable too.
