Feels so gross being there. They just leave all their used stuff in the sink and strewn all over the counter. Don't know if they even change the sheets and blankets used. No privacy. Put 2 strangers in couple room. Will not go back there again

Xuan Xuan provided great service and permed my eyelashes very well. She was patient and did not hard sell.

Hi I'm calling from jazz spa, as you have done eyebrow / eyeliner treatment with us before.. 1) We are giving you a free B.B. facial worth $288. 2) We are giving you a free touch up service if you can bring a Friend along for a free eyebrow / eyeliner design... 3) We are offering you a 3D eyebrow / eyeliner touch up @ $68 so i assume free facial n free eyebrow touchup and my friend free eyebrow touchup and add on $68 if i want a 3d eyebrow touch up well it all a scam n shoot the price up trying to sell their lastest design for touchup and i aaid no i just want the free facial and touch up the lady face change really fast she jist throw the towel she is holding showing her displeasure with me and insist i pay for the eye cream she applied on brow i tell her i will not pay i say not doing but she insist..wow..piss me off n my friend was piss

Regretted not looking at the reviews before opurchasing the voucher. Worst service ever. Did eyelash perming but it DIDNT EVEN LAST 2 DAYS and it wasn’t curling anymore. Called them to ask and they said it was my eyelash problem. I’ve done perming a couple of times at other shops and have never had such issue. Come on, to last only 2 DAYS. What a scam. Always having issue calling through to them too, they NEVER pick up the phone.

Service was beyond horrid. First, they had mixed up my appointment a few times, trying to slot me into different time slots when I specifically asked for a Friday afternoon. Second, there was no skin analysis as per the coupon. Upon starting the facial treatment, it was basically a constant brain wash where the facial therapist would constantly say why did your friends not recommend you to do facial?(quite annoying and insensitive) Third, lots of hard selling and it was really an eye roll when they said ‘payment could not be made by visa for amount that’s less than $50’. Pls do not waste your time patronising this place. Beyond disappointed really!

I was hardsell into paying a $10 deposit, when I whatsapp them to make an appointment they take very Long to answer me and told me that only have space a few weeks later or I will have to wait for cancellation. There is no normal spa in Singapore that doesn’t allow appointments to be made. Felt very cheated and it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Highly recommend not to go there. They are not even professional at all in the way they treat customers.

The facial was OK but one of the 3 beauticians is very, very, aggressive. She will keep asking the person doing the facial to pay extra money for additional services. I paid for one additional treatment in order to stop her from haressing me. But in the end, she kept asking me to sign a package. It was very difficult to say " NO' to one of the 3 beauticians as she was very aggressive. Her facial treatment was Ok. If a person does not mind being haressed to buy a facial package after paying for a trial facial, then, please go ahead & patronise this place. Whoever can tolerate aggressive sales persuasion should try this facial. If a person is afraid of being coerced to buy a package from 1 of the 3 beauticians, then, my advice is to avoid this place. But honestly, the facial was Ok.

I first visited Jazz De Luxe because of a promo on Fave. Decided to sign a package with them as my facial turned out good. My facial package also includes a short shoulder massage. Xuan Xuan, my facial therapist, is great! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, would recommend products from time to time but she does not hard sell. Booking an appointment is always easy as it can be done & discussed on WhatsApp. The rooms are relatively spacious but a little dated.
