Dr Tan attended to my skin pigmentation, he is willing to gently explain my issues & the treatment proposed. He starts from creams & other topical treatment & not immediately jumping to expensive laser treatment like some other clinics. I have seen improvement after a few weeks.

I have suffered from eczema for almost 20 years now and I get the occasional flare ups. Recently I went to see Dr Tan HH cos my current meds/creams were not working and he was very thorough. He presented a lot of options - each with pros and cons, and ended with his recommendation - which meant me having to seek treatment the NSC (because only NSC has that treatment). I was impressed with Dr Tan's professionalism and EQ! He empathised and provided solutions. I will def recommend him to all. Special mention to his staff as well. They were friendly and kind. Dr Tan Hiok Hee is a very good doctor, very patient in explaining my condition, the causes for it and his treatment method. Been with him for over a year for severe acne and it has been few months after stopping his oral medication. My skin condition has improved drastically with minimum scarring. One or two pimples may pop back up occasionally now but will disappear within 1 & 2 days. No upselling during the entire treatment process and even discouraged me from taking up more expensive treatment methods as they are not as effective. More importantly, I have become more educated on skin care products and skin care routine thanks to him. Really considerate doctor that puts his patients first. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tan is very professional, he can diagnose the skin problem at a glance. The medicine is very effective and I think the cost is really worth it. The family clinic and Chinese Physician I visited earlier couldn't tell what problem it is.

What most doctors don't realize is--that their words have the power to heal. And it's not just words, but one's overall demeanor. This is where Dr Tan Hiok Kee separates himself from other doctors and his power to heal--the ability to handle me (patient) in a way that's reassuring, clear instruction and clear diagnosis, without hype, verbal diarrhoea, and medical jargons. He is the top on my list for "bedside manners" amongst all the doctors I've encountered in my life. I'm stoically serious. Personally I value his work attitude, he is diligent, meticulous and to me, a "working class" doctor. There are some skin doctors I've consulted who are dressed in Designer clothes, Rolexes, and look like Korean pop stars. But they won't even physically examine you during the consultation (I felt like I'm a leper). They surely show they are making money, but are they "Doctors"--to me emphatically "No!" To be clear, he is not just a caring assuring-talking doctor, he is a good diagnostician as well. One look he knows what condition you are in, what's the likely course of action to take, tell you what it is and what it is not, and if there are things we have to put up with (eczema) he will tell you how to manage it. No hyperbolic talk from him, just good diagnostics and sound medical advice. If you are looking for a really good skin "Healing" doctor, make the appointment now with him.

I had a skin condition that was not able to be diagnosed by a couple of other doctors. Glad I made the decision to see Dr Tan HH - he was able to diagnose it shortly into the consult. It was mentally agonising not knowing what I had. He also explained the condition patiently and took time to address my queries. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and the consult didn’t feel rushed at all. Booking an appt was easy, and the clinic staff are efficient and professional.
